For each content, it is possible to request a validation from a member of the team. The team member receives a notification and the contents awaiting validation are centralized in the DCM. Every day a summary of the contents awaiting validation is sent by email. The frequency of emails and notifications can be adapted to your operating mode. This feature is as valuable for those who validate as for those who wait for validations.

The Simple Share allows you to share your content (internal or external to the platform) as a link in two clicks.  Choose its validity period, if a password is required and follow the download history. And modify it at any time if you want to add or remove an element, even after sending.
